To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities .

Job Description
|
*Develop marketing strategy across the Company.
*Monitor the implementation of marketing plans.
*Respond to marketplace opportunities in recommending marketing and business development initiatives on an ongoing basis.
*Manage and control the Company's marketing/business development resources.
*Manage and coordinate the Company's marketing/business development activities.
*Monitor the competitors, their activities, launchings, strategies and marketing activities, in order to constantly evaluate Company’s activities, and adapt to changes in the market accordingly, at the same rate as our competitors.
*Communicate internally on all aspects of marketing practice.
*Establish marketing information systems in order to facilitate the gathering, sorting, retrieval and distribution of vital information.
*Conduct marketing researches.
*Contingency planning: Preparing contingency plans and strategies in the event of drastic changes occurring in the market, changes in government policies or attack from competitors.
*Prepare group and practice area plans and budgets.
*Prepare monthly/quarterly marketing performance reports for the Managing and other Partners.
*Monitor and report on marketing spend versus budget.
*Coordinate the Company's relationships with key contacts and prospects (via networking and as part of the sales process) using the new CRM database and in working closely with Partners.
*Contribute to all major tenders for new business, from brief through to pitch.
*Manage other key marketing resources to include: all promotional materials/resources, printed matter, photography, tender documents/presentations and competitor intelligence.
*Update and maintain the Company's website, in conjunction with IT .
*Control all aspects of print and design, including brochures, newsletters, display equipment and materials, branded items, advertising etc.
*Manage and coordinate all group-wide and specialist initiatives and events, including seminars, exhibitions, mail shots and direct marketing campaigns corporate hospitality, sponsorship and community relations

*College degree required.
