Job Description
|
-Daily sales activities following up.
-Publicizes parts services good reputation.
-Monitor the lost of sales record & Feed back regularly to parts manager.
-Monitors implementation of counter sales activities to satisfy our customers and keep a good image.
-Monitors parts competitor’s activities and customer’s suggestion and report to Asst. Parts Manager- Sales
-Improves parts sales through proper utilization of facilities .
-Ensures that customer satisfaction index (CSI) meets the target laid by the company.
